About

Why this study?

Telecommuting has become an integral part of our modern society. While it offers new opportunities for many, we are only at the beginning of understanding its impact. How does working from home affect our mental health? And what effect does it have on our bodies?

This study seeks to address this gap. Our mission is to advance our understanding of how telecommuting affects well-being, enabling the development of a work style that is not only efficient but also supportive of long-term health and sustainability. By enhancing scientific insights, we aim to equip both employers and employees with the knowledge and tools to implement telecommuting in a manner that prioritizes holistic wellness.

To provide more clarity, we would like to share some examples with you:

  • Is the teleworking population more or less physically active?
  • Are people who work from home more or less prone to depression?

Join us in shaping a healthier and more balanced future for the workforce!
